At EnduroGear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’ve made our return process simple and stress-free.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, your item should be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Make sure to keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@endurogears.com to get started. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide you with the return address.
- Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for your return. These costs are non-refundable, and if your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any issues—like a damaged or defective product or if you received the wrong item—contact us right away. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Want to exchange an item? The best way is to return the one you have and make a new purchase for the item you want. This way, you’ll get what you need faster.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need a few more days to post the refund.
